Yesterday we were delighted to be informed that we had achieved a connection quality score of 99.99% with booking.com, a huge achievement for us, and we are told that this is a rare occurrence for Channel Managers.
We have mentioned before that almost EVERY SINGLE DAY there are outages somewhere with the OTA’s we connect with. However, you the customer rarely know they happen. This does not happen accidentally!! We are one of the very few Channel Managers that scramble on these occasions to build routines to cover these outages. Why?
